Small House Dogs. The Basenji breed belongs to that particular category of odorless canines. Even though all poodles are considered one extremely intelligent breed they come in three sizes.

French Bulldogs make excellent apartment dogs since they are small friendly and require little entertaining. Weighing in anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds this breed is gentle and enjoys an apartment or house. The Cavalier King Charles spaniel the Bichon Frise and the papillon have a history as lap dogs.

Small dog breeds can settle nearly anywhere and are quick to thrive in small apartment living. I am also the owner of a Yorkie and what a gem she is to take care of.
